Items held for mailed payment Purchase Orders will be returned to stock after 7 days if payment has not been received or arrangements made with the shop to accommodate a delayed payments. Uninsured parcels cannot be tracked and the customer assumes full responsibility if the package should go astray during its journey--no refund will be issued. All packages will have a complete and accurate Customs declaration as well as a detailed invoice inside. We cannot estimate what those charges may be in advance. If a package is abandoned and returned to us due to unpaid Customs charges, no refund will be issued.
