Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking on all returned items, deducted from the refunded purchase price. You will need to email us for an authorization number and a shipping address prior to sending any return back to the shop. Please read all descriptions and review all photographs carefully so you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions, please ask them before you place your Purchase Order. We want to help and most of all, we want you to be happy! If your item has arrived damaged, please see store's Return Policy for details as to how to make a claim. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE in either direction.

Return Policy:
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we may discuss the problem and come to a resolution. If the item is to be returned to the shop, an Authorization Number will be issued. The item must then be returned by insured mail, with all of the original packaging and invoicing intact. We will email you as soon as your package arrives and if found to be in the same condition it was when shipped, a refund, minus the shop's restocking fee, will be sent by PayPal within 3 business days.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Paper Ephemera, Including Vintage Sewing Patterns, Magazines, Needlework & Craft Books, Comic Books, Post Cards and Vintage Ads.

Items Received Damaged:
To begin the process, please contact us immediately upon opening your package and alert us to the damage. Do not return the package to the shop as the insurance will be voided. The following procedures will need to be implemented:

Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. Please be sure to contact the shop so that we may guide you through the process. We have only had a handful of packages arrive damaged out of thousands shipped, so this occurence will be rare. We pack very carefully so your treasure arrives safely.
